Cosplay, Clouds and Cupcakes :3

Heya!

Two weeks ago was Dokomi, and our 'Grand Gala Project' had it's premiere... what can I say, except for: It was SOOOO AWESOME!

But see for yourself!

Photobucket There are also three ponies who weren't members or the project, since we met sooo many other cool MLP cosplayers... but our group was definitely the biggest, and as a lot of people told us, the best ;D Photobucket This is Kiwi (Pinkie) and me, with our fellow guard xD We also met a lot of bronies, and all of them were really nice guys :) We'll be wearing the Gala dresses again at the Animagic next month. I'll also wear another pony-cos, but it's still work in progress... guess who it could be? ;D

Eeeyup, the cutest mailmare in all of Equestria, Derpy Hooves! :3 A friend of mine will be Doctor Whooves and my girlfriend will cosplay Daring Doo *___* It's gonne be epic XD

Also I'd love to do a Mockingbird (Marvel) Cosplay, but I'm not sure if I have enough time (and money^^;) for that... well, we'll see!

Recipe: Baked stuffed zucchinis

A few days ago, I discovered round zucchini in our supermarket and I just had to buy them. I immediately had an idea what to do with these, so here's a quick and easy recipe I came up with.

Photobucket

Ingredients: (for 2 zucchinis)

  • 2 zucchinis
  • 100 g feta cheese
  • 250 g ground meat
  • 2 tbsp tomato paste
  • salt
  • pepper
  • 1 small onion
  • vegetable oil
  1. Chop the onion into small pieces and heat the oil in a pan. When the oil is hot enough, sauté the onion, before you add the ground meat. Mash the meat with a fork, so that it won't stick together in one big piece.
  2. Sauté the meat until it's cooked. In the meatime, wash the zucchinis carefully and then cut off the upper quarter. Scoop the seeds out with a spoon, but be careful not to harm the skin.
  3. Cut the feta into small pieces and put them in a bowl. Add the tomato paste to the meat and stir well, then add the salt and pepper and stir again. Put the meat in the bowl with the feta and mix them together.
  4. Use a spoon to fill the zucchinis with the feta-meat-mixture. Put the stuffed zucchinis on a baking-plate + baking paper, and bake them for about 10 minutes, 190°C.

Mmmh, delicious! Since the zucchinis aren't baked for a long time, they remain juicy and soft, a perfect match for the stuffing.

I'll definitely cook this again ♥

Secret Cosplay & Grand Galopping Gala WIP

Hey there ^-^

It's April already, and this month I'm looking forward to the realease of Marvel's 'The Avengers'. (Do you, too? Who's your favorite Avenger? ;D) and my girlfriend and I are working on a little Avengers-related cosplay. It's not one of the superheroes, but if you're familiar with the Avengers, you might already guess what it is!

Any ideas yet? xD

Dokomi is next month, and there's still sooo much to do! But I'm positive we'll finish everything in time ^-^
